my father instructed me  to take care of my younger siblings by not allowing them to go out in his abbsence; but i refused. Due to disobedience one of the children got injured after they had gone to play football. so what i want to ask is that, was it the right thing to have done by allowing them to go out after i thought there was the need for them to also have some kind of entertainment with their friends out there? Later did i realised that i should have listened to my father. Many times people who are older than us give us a set of instructions concerning what need to be done or what need not to be done.however, we try to find alternative means to shun these instructions and use them as an excuse whenever we are at fault. the above paragraph cuold be related to the story of Adam and Eve as well as Sampson in the bible.The story of Adam and Eve (GEN.3:1-END.) tells us that before they disobeyed God they had a very close relatiionship with Him from the beginning of creation.Afetr they had disobeyed God, the relationship between them and God was broken which resulted in the hardship of man.this practically can mean that anytime we disobey whoever instructs us to do something, we break the relationship we have with such a person and then also face s0ome difficulties. Therefore beloved in Christ, i want to encourage you to always obey God and elders for it is a command from God.(HEB. 13:17, EPH 6: 1) By doing this the relatiuonship between you and GOD as well as your elders could be strengthened and could also open doors for you in lifge.
